Without an outright ban on six petrol-based synthetic colors, will the food industry finally clean up its act? If we go by the past, that seems iffy at best.
Let's hope this "friendly" way works. Doing it the official way can take years. Another benefit is that the public is well aware now of what the right thing for big food to do is.
It's a con game a fruit loop without dye but with GMO's and artificial sugar and who knows what else, the FDA is trying to show the FDA is doing there job.
But the people who eat this crap will go along with anything the FDA says because it's safe and effective FDA approved.

Actually, in the EU they manage to make Froot Loops with natural colors. They still look like Froot Loops too!
