Once again, thank you on behalf of the tens of thousands of marine mammals, and the seabeds of our living oceans, for bringing this to the attention of all, who should be, concerned!

Keep up the great work!

US today, Scotland and every other Country with a coastline (and a government willing to sell-off their territorial waters without regard to the maiming of marine life & the destruction of the seabed) all, for Corporation PROFITS!

Yet regardless of these many egregious and cruel illegalities, Trump caved on Interior Secretary Burgum's order to halt construction of Empire until the permitting process was further reviewed. (Yes, we understand Trump got one, maybe two, natural gas pipelines out of the deal, which is good for humans who require heating and ratepayers generally—but really really bad for ocean inhabitants and migratory birds.) Nevertheless, the charges made in these petition are real—NOAA Fisheries has ignored other federal scientists' concerns over the ITAs for years in their headlong rush to shove the Obama/Biden OSW boondoggle down our throats. Are we done with Trump? (Promises made. Promises broken.) Are the courts our only recourse? And the courts...oh! Is there any hope at all?

I have always thought that the only real way to dispose of these monstrosities is through court actions. And as an aside, the Trump admin. will be disbanding the Marine Mammal Commission.

What?!! The only agency who was actually attempting to be true to their charge? For what reasons? To save $$$ or some random BS?

As for court action, I wish I had faith in "justice," but do not. It all takes years and millions$$$. Before the various lawsuits make their way through our judicial system, these projects will have long been already built out. Exhibit A: The Osage Nation and that damn wind project on their land...
