More of the same realities of big Ag and big Food. Make your own food whenever possible. Or buy from small and medium sized producers whose methods you can "trust." Avoid food products and just eat food. It's a lot more work, but we probably need to stop doing a lot of the other things we choose to do with our time and spend more money and effort on eating.
In the hot part of the summer I put a teaspoon of salt in my water. I don't take pharma poisons. Im old, healthier than most people half my age and I'm intelligent enough to not trust the criminals that infiltrated the government decades ago. I was in my 30's before I ever heard of Autism. You people pretend to not know what changed. I feel sorry for the children of the morons.
Never occurred to me cheap off brand pasta was any different than normal retail or premium brand pasta. The ingredients listed on all labels is simply “wheat.” Yikes.
Maybe I missed it in the article, but can you tell me how TG is produced, or propagated, or whatever?
It's about ten years since I was diagnosed celiac and allergic to everything, I'm grateful for NAET, and life has gone on.
Those years of hyperfocusing on my diet were really educational and I'm hazarding a guess that TG is something slimy grown on a diet of corn sugar, dried, and pulverized.

Me too until I started researching this. I don't know how many "processing aids" are used and kept off-label. It's Big Food's deep, dark secret.
